Creasura Blog · The Future of AI-Native Work
AI-native in action: the same request, three ways.
Everyone says they’re AI-native. Here’s what it actually looks like when work arrives, step by step.
In our last post we argued that using AI, being AI-native, and running an Agentic Operating System are three different things. Below, pick a scenario and switch between the three ways of working. Watch who does each step, where work waits for a handoff, and whether anyone confirms it actually worked.
–steps
–human handoffs
–time to done
–outcome
PersonAISystemAmber edge = work waits for a handoff
Illustrative examples.
What changes
- Handoffs disappear, decisions don’t. In the last mode, people step in once: to make the call that actually needs them.
- Work is tied to a goal. The request is linked to what the business is trying to achieve, so success has a definition.
- Done means verified. The result is checked against that definition, then recorded, so the next request starts smarter.
AI-native is about redesigning how work gets done. An Agentic Operating System is what keeps that redesign coordinated, governed, and proven, request after request.
